2010年７月 美味しくて、お腹いっぱいになって幸せを感じるラーメンを作りたいと一念発起し、東京の新橋で「らーめん バリ男」開業。
2017年1月 バリ男らーめんを世界中に届けたいと思い、ハワイ開業。

The soup for our Ramen and tsukemen has different flavors, in which we provide two types of noodle that fits with each type of bowl. The Ramen noodle is cooked perfectly to have firm texture, while the tsukemen noodle is boiled and cooled with water, which results in a more smoother texture that is perfect for dipping.
